On the nose, the EINS-ZWEI-DRY presents itself with an abundance of exotic fruit and very appealing, light yeasty notes. On the palate, we experience a very fresh initial burst of flavor, accompanied by very spicy nuances of peach and apricot; the finely integrated, lively acidity is accentuated by ripe mirabelle plum and bell pepper notes. This Riesling, with its freshness and elegance, comes across as very refined and youthful, but can certainly be considered an entry point into our Riesling world.
