The foundation is the sparkling Riesling from the EINS-ZWEI-ZERO line of the Leitz family winery in the Rheingau region. For almost ten years, the winery has dedicated itself to the non-alcoholic segment and will celebrate its anniversary in 2026 as one of the pioneers in this field. Leitz places particular emphasis on ensuring that the grapes and base wines for the non-alcoholic versions are produced with the same artisanal care as the classic wines. Dealcoholization is achieved through vacuum distillation, a particularly gentle process that preserves the freshness, acidity, and fruity aromas of the Riesling.
The Spritz is perfectly complemented by San Limello, a delicately bitter herbal aperitif from the Jagla family of pharmacists. Here, decades of knowledge from medieval monastery recipes meet time-honored herbalism. Using select bitter herbs, spices, and essential oils, a complex, floral blend of depth and elegance is created through traditional craftsmanship.
