Our VDP village wine, fermented in stainless steel and sourced from the Rüdesheim vineyards of Kirchenpfad, Klosterlay, and Bischofsberg, impresses with its cool minerality and delicate fruit aromas. The nose reveals ripe apple, mirabelle plum, and white peach, accompanied by subtle yeasty notes and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is precise and clear, supported by firm acidity and mineral freshness. A delicate wild herb aroma, such as thyme, is reminiscent of the neighboring Rüdesheimer Berg vineyard and lends the wine additional complexity.
